NOLTINA GRAFIT
Noltina‘s Grafit crucibles are CLAY-GRAPHITE crucibles. They are roller formed crucibles characterised by high refractoriness and good thermal conductivity as well as very good thermal shock resistance and chemical resistance against fluxes. Further essential characteristics are the high mechanical strength and good oxidation resistance. CLAY-GRAPHITE crucibles are suitable for all furnace systems for non-ferrous metal alloys and precious metals with melting temperatures between 400°C and 1400°C. In order to meet the specific requirements of induction furnaces, NOLTINA has developed a specialised range of CLAY-GRAPHITE crucibles with a specific modified electrical resistivity. This optimises the coupling power of the crucible and avoids the risk of overheating.

NOLTINA TONGRAFIT
TONGRAFIT-Schmelztiegel sind plastisch geformte, tongebundene Schmelztiegel, die sich durch eine hohe Feuerfestigkeit, eine gute Wärmeleitfähigkeit sowie einer sehr guten Temperaturwechselbeständigkeit und einer sehr guten chemischen Resistenz gegenüber Schmelzpräparaten auszeichnen. Hohe mechanische Festigkeit und gute Oxidationsbeständigkeit sind weitere wesentliche Eigenschaftsmerkmale. Als Universaltiegel ist der NOLTINA TONGRAFITSchmelztiegel in allen Ofensystemen für alle NE-Metalllegierungen und Edelmetalle im Metallbadtemperaturbereich von 400° C – 1400° C einsetzbar.
Für die unterschiedlichen Anforderungen an den Schmelztiegel in Induktionsofenanlagen wurden TONGRAFIT-Schmelztiegelqualitäten mit speziell modifizierten elektrischen Widerstandswerten entwickelt. Dadurch wird die Ankopplungsleistung des Tiegels optimiert und dessen Überhitzung vermieden.
