Our ISO 9001:2000 certified quality management system underpins a culture of continuous improvement that we have embedded throughout our business. Our quality management system is central to maintaining high standards in our core activities of the design and manufacture of crucibles and a wide range of associated foundry products and accessories, as well as the provision of technical service for the operation of our products.
Morganite Crucible India Ltd has had its quality management system certified to ISO standards since 1994, whilst Diamond Crucible Company Ltd has had its quality management system certified to ISO standards since 1997. To enhance the consistency of quality standards throughout our manufacturing sites globally, Morgan MMS launched a Group ISO 9001:2000 certified quality management system early in 2007.
