On October 3, 2006, Groupo Morgan sponsored a distributor conference in Mexico City. The meeting was attended by all eight Groupo Morgan distributors and one end user. The day long meeting agenda included product training, marketing objectives and plans for the upcoming year. Luis Lopez facilitated the meeting.
The meeting ended with an open discussion and informal SWOT analysis. Luis had customer service representatives Georgina (Mexico City office) and Rocio Gonzalez (Pachuca office) attend the meeting so all distributors could meet.
